I think it's very helpful. I see it's a little self-serving at some level, but it's also very true that entrepreneurs can lower their risk and save money by leveraging serviced office space. And those fancy vending machines may look cool but they don't pay for themselves in a small office. You'd be better off stocking a small fridge with soda.
