Need to learn more about call answering systems? Then check out this Office Business Center Association International’s (OBCAI) next webinar.
On May 12 at 3 p.m. EST, OBCAI will launch its May webinar entitled, “Single Site Call Answering System and Voice Over IP: Your Clients Are Now Ready For It!” This 90-minute webinar includes 75 minutes of valuable teaching and a 15-minute Q&A session so you can get the answers you need to succeed in the alternative office space industry.
Here is OBCAI’s official description of May’s webinar:
“This session will show you first, how to drive costs down by centralizing your call answering system for ALL of your centers – not just at each center. Second, we’ll demonstrate how your clients are now ready to buy the ‘latest and greatest’ tools – complete Unified Communications. This is the newest service revenue source for OBCs – clients can manage their phone from their PC’s, check voice mails in Outlook and more. The technology is now better, easier and more affordable for you – but most importantly, your clients are now ready for it.”
The speakers for this educational event include Craig Tetschlag of Packet Fusion and Michael Sadler of ShoreTel. By offering these gentlemen the opportunity to present educational information about VoIP, OBCAI is giving these companies a nod of approval.
Packet Fusion provides telephony solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies. Packet Fusion specializes in Voice over IP, LAN applications, wireless technology, switching, routing and advanced, enterprise communications networks. PacketFusion competitor ShoreTel offers IP phone systems and unified communications.
The webinar is $79 for OBCAI members or $149 for non-members. Richard Meyers, executive director of OBCAI, is hosting the event.

Looks like a pretty cool webinar for serviced office operators who are looking to go high tech with their telephony systems. Voice over Internet Protocol has come such a long way. But most people still aren’t using it. I think it’s going to be the way of future telecom. Executive office suites companies can get out in front of this and add revenue to their bottom line if they understand the opportunity.

Nice. I like these OBCAI webinars. They really seem to tap into the most important trends and opportunities in the business center industry. I won’t be able to attend this one as it’s not relevant to my particular business. But I am certain it is relevant for many who are looking for ways to add more revenue to their business center bottom line.
