Metro Offices Services Capitol Area with Classy Serviced Offices

Metro Offices. The name speaks to big city workspaces, doesn’t it? I figure if the likes of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich frequent Metro Offices, it’s worth taking a closer look at what they have to offer.

Metro Offices has locations in three regions: Chevy Chase, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. These locations feature furnished executive office suites with flexible lease terms and minimal upfront costs, virtual office programs and meeting rooms and training facilities. That’s just the big picture view. The amenities list goes on and on – and on.

Metro Offices promises you’ll find its centers fully staffed with highly-trained, friendly professionals. The serviced office company aims to take the details of the day-to-day office operations off your shoulders so you can focus on running your business.

“By partnering with our clients, we are able to contribute to the growth and success of their businesses focusing on their needs for the most current technology in today’s business environment,” says Kathlene Buchanan, president and founder or Metro Offices. The company has been offering serviced offices since 1989.

What You Get at Metro
Metro Offices’ executive office suites come equipped with telephone lines, a Meridian voicemail box, fax line, multi-meg Fiber Internet connection, Cisco Firewall, Cisco Router, Cisco Wireless Access points, a kitchen lounge and beverage service, complimentary daily newspaper, cable TV, and a furnished reception area.

Audio-visual equipment, CAT 5 Voice Cabling, telephone maintenance, telephone answering, call screening, incoming and outgoing mail are also included. At some Metro locations, you can even enjoy a health club and a roof top terrace. You can always opt for a laundry list of additional features, such as dedicated bandwidth, a training room and administrative support.

When you rent an executive office suites from Metro Offices you also get eight hours of month of usage of the following amenities: offices at worldwide locations, meeting rooms, guest offices and a virtual club (a touch-down space for visitors). For a fee, Metro Offices even offers Information Technology services for its clients, such as Web and e-mail hosting packages, datacenter overview, networked printing and scanning, disaster recovery programs and much more.

On the business support services side, Metro Offices has developed a second laundry list. On the standard office front, Metro offers word processing, notary services, website design, data entry and other general services. But that’s not where Metro Offices ends the list. The executive office suites company also offers catering service, concierge services, calling cards, courier services and other business-related necessities. As I said, the list goes on and on and on at Metro Offices. This is a premier brand in the region and one worth exploring face to face if you are looking for office space in the region.

What Do Clients Say?

In the meantime, if you want to know what it’s really like to set up shop at a Metro Offices location, get some insight directly from its customers. Some of them will tell you it’s a well-run, professional operation that lets them focus on the big picture instead of the little things. Others will tell you they are impressed with the entire operation, especially the staff. Still others will tell you that Metro Offices service-oriented business model allowed them to expand their company.

John W. Franklin, Jr. CEO of JWF Advisors, says his experience at Metro Offices has been exceptional. “I used to think of the shared office business as a real estate business. It is actually a customer service business, where responsiveness and accuracy, as well as style and tone, are crucial,” he says. “I would recommend Metro’s services to anyone requiring quality location and execution.”

I mentioned Newt Gingrich earlier, didn’t I? I imagine he’s not the only political figure to step foot inside a Metro Office. What does Gingrich have to say about his experience there? “I would like to express my sincere appreciation for such excellent service while our team was a resident at Metro Offices,” Gingrich says. “The facilities were always in perfect working order, and from the day we moved in, you made us feel welcome.”

Wow. I had heard of Metro Offices in passing, but I never realized how strong the value proposition was. This is definitely a serviced office community with class, as you said. Even without going there, I can tell these executive office suites are fit for high-level executive. You don’t see Newt Gingrich just officing anywhere, right?

It seems like this is a luxury executive office suite provider. Maybe not quite posh, but definitely high-end to accommodate the clientele it’s targeting. I also like the fact that this serviced office company has been around since the 80s. There’s nothing wrong with newcomers to the space, but it’s great to see some veterans out there showing the way.

I bet Metro Offices gives other serviced office providers a run for their money in the Washington, D.C. area. Clearly, this is for an elite group of professionals. This is one of the most outstanding packages I’ve seen for executive office suites. They do everything but dry clean your clothes, it seems, and eve have a concierge that can get that done. This is the ultimate serviced office, as I see it.

Are there any type of awards in the serviced office industry for things like innovation, reliability or customer service? All these raves about Metro Offices sort of makes me wonder if the company has won any awards. I see these awards all the time for virtual office providers.
