Davinci Virtual Reaches Out to Small Businesses with Educational Workshops
Published November 24th, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
Davinci Virtual is putting on its educational cap again this year, reaching out to small businesses with a startup assistance in down economy.
Davinci Virtual is exhibiting at the New Business Startup conference in London Nov. 26-27, 2009 in London. The virtual offices giant is bringing its team of specialists who are ready, willing and able to customize services and packages to support and accelerate small business growth – two promises that should get the attention of conference attendees.
“We are excited to be involved once again in this great event. We love speaking to and working with successful businesses to provide them with a platform for accelerated growth,” says Steve Golding, general manager at Davinci Virtual. “Our focus is on building solutions that meet their needs and support their goals, and we certainly don’t take a one size fits all approach.”
Accelerating Business Growth
It’s easy to see how virtual office solutions can support a small business startup, but Davinci Virtual is promising more than support. The company keeps repeating the keywords “accelerate growth.” That’s quite a promise in a down economy, but Davinci Virtual is confident it can deliver with its on-demand workforce that gives them the ability to vary their cost base with minimal monthly commitments. Virtual offices even offer temporary office space and access to conference rooms.
As Davinci Virtual sees it, the company can help small businesses grow and thrive by providing everything from front office support of answering phones, servicing and generating real revenues through processing orders, outbound sales call and managing back office administration with diary management and customer service functions for hundreds of small- to mid-sized businesses.
Want to know more about the New Business Startup conference? The two-day event will be at Earls Court and Kensington Olympia and brings together some of Europe’s leading entrepreneurs and business people. The guest speaker list features serial entrepreneur Richard Farleigh, Dragons’ Den winner Levi Roots and Julie Meyer — CEO and Founder of Ariadne Capital and EntrepeneurCountry.net. Meyer, Davinci Virtual notes, uses Davinci’s Virtual PA and Reception services to support her own business.

Sounds like a smart business strategy. But it seems more like a sales show than an educational thing, unless you take into account that a lot of these small businesses might not be aware that virtual office solutions and personal assistants are an option. There’s no doubt that virtual office technologies and providers like Davinci Virtual can save start-ups a lot of time and money.

Davinci’s team is really adept at finding the right solution for the right business at the right time. Their customer service representatives are very knowledgeable about the virtual office offerings. I would think the entrepreneurs would be in good hands there. I also think it’s telling that Julie Meyer is a customer. What a great connection that is for Davinci Virtual.
