Never one to rest on its laurels in an increasingly competitive market for virtual office space and meeting rooms, Davinci Virtual just announced the release of the third iteration of DavinciMeetingRooms.com.
DavinciMeetingRooms.com is an online reservation platform that lets both Davinci Virtual’s existing virtual office customers and retail clients who just need a one-off meeting room, day office or conference room, book office space online. In fact, you can book meeting rooms at any of Davinci Meeting Rooms 750-plus locations around the world from any Internet-connected device.
Version 3.0 of DavinciMeetingRooms.com offers users advanced applications like live conference room inventory, along with the ability to select strategic add-on services like LCD projectors, catering and business support services. With Version 3.0, virtual office space users who need a place to hold a business meeting or a presentation can do so quicker than ever before.

I like the fact that DavinciMeetingRooms.com keeps evolving. As the Internet becomes more interactive, it’s important to keep pace—especially with an online reservation system. What would be really interesting is if Davinci Virtual adopted some sort of Priceline model where area meeting room providers could compete for the business. Barring that, it’s enough to be able to see which meeting room provider in a given area offers the best price. This improved platform offers even more reasons to book through Davinci Virtual.

I think it’s great that Davinci Virtual keeps improving its online reservation system for meeting rooms. There are other meeting room reservation systems out there, but none that I have seen hold the proverbial candle to DavinciMeetingRooms.com. By continuing to improve on the technology it offers, Davinci should keep holding its competitors at bay.

Being on the cutting edge of technology is so important, especially when you are supposed to be the leader in virtual office systems. So it’s absolutely vital for Davinci Virtual to keep moving forward on this front. I’m glad the company is taking feedback on its system and making improvements based on what real customers think. That’s critical to having a user-friendly experience for booking meeting rooms online.
