Now all they have to do is fill it. I think Atlanta has the danger of getting oversaturated. I don't think their office space market is performing strikingly better than other major metros. The advantage of serviced offices is the short-term leases. Maybe that makes all the difference. I'd love to see some of these executive suites providers offer numbers on occupancy. Looks like Servcorp is on the fast track to growth not only in the U.S. but around the world. I do think they have an advantage by selecting very high profile buildings to locate in. Of course, Servcorp isn't the only executive office suites company to do that. But it doesn't hurt to offer Class-A office space in Buckhead. Nice location!
