I was impressed with this serviced office provider. This also takes all the burden off of a small business owner to decorate a rented office space. I mean, think about it...beyond the expense it's the time and effort that you'd have to spend to put something like this together. I can see how clients would be impressed when they walk in to see the huge fish tank and the ultramodern conference room. Few who would look to rent serviced office space have the funds to invest in such an extravagant design or decor. It was also interesting to me that Yeager doesn't charge for use of the meeting room. In addition to their design, this is a value add that could help them gain traction in the market. This is certainly one of the most contemporary office rentals I’ve seen.
